    How do I place an order on airhugshop.com?

    First make sure that the product you wish to purchase will fit into the available space in your home. Then select the product and click the Add to Cart button. Then open your shopping cart by clicking the cart icon in the main navigation bar, and follow the instructions for checkout. Upon completing checkout, you will receive an email confirming the order.

    What are my payment options for purchases?

    For your convenience, airhugshop.com accepts payment through major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal.

    What should I do if I have trouble placing an order or am unable to complete the checkout process?

    We want your ordering experience to be trouble-free, every time. If you believe you have entered all your information correctly, but have been unable to complete checkout, please contact AIRHUG Support.


    How quickly will I receive my order?

    AIRHUG usually ships most orders within 2 business days, and most orders should be delivered within 3-5 business days. Final delivery timeline depends on the delivery address, and for products that are eligible for in-home or white-glove delivery, how soon delivery can be scheduled.


    How do I check my order status?

    You can visit LG.com to check Order Status. Simply log into your AIRHUG account portal to view all orders placed under the same email address you used for the order. You may also check order status using your order number here.

    How do I cancel an order?

    Once the order enters processing, the online order cancelation link is not available. But the order may still be cancelable by contact AIRHUG Order Support.



    Can I modify the shipping destination after placing an order?

    It is not possible to modify the shipping destination once an order is placed since the acceptance of your order was based on inventory in your area, and inventory is locked for delivery once an order is confirmed. If you should need help on your order, please contact AIRHUG Order Support.


    Can I Return my order?


    When will I receive my Refund?
    • Please be advised that it may take up to 12-15 business days from the date the order is received back at AIRHUG for you to get the money credited back to the original method of payment.
    • If you have not yet received your credit or refund beyond the above timeframe, please contact Customer Support.
    If I return an order to AIRHUG, will the shipping charges be refunded/Will I be charged a Restocking Fee?

    Original Shipping charges may not be refundable. But in most cases, airhug adopts a free shipping policy.

    When you return your order, we will credit your account for the order value. Taken together, you have nothing to lose except time consumption.
