    Tutorial Of AIRHUG 01

    Select an Option

    Can't turn on the device.

    The reason may be caused by power loss during transportation and storage. Please try to plug the USB port into the ‘USB’ slot to start charging and restart after 1 hour.

    Can't charge.
    Please plug the USB cable into the “USB” solt when charging. The “POWER” slot is used to charge external devices.
     
    If it still doesn’t work, please contact AIRHUG Support Team.
    How to check the remaining power?

    Please unplug the USB cable and press the power button to check the number of white lights(5 lights total).

    Consumes power quickly.

    Please contact us and describe to us how long your device will last on a full charge. Don’t forget to provide the order number, we will process your ticket as soon as possible.

    The other party in the online meeting cannot hear me.

    Please check if you set the ‘airhug 01’ as audio output device. Please go to System Settings – Sound Settings Page and set the audio input device(mic) and output device(speaker) to ‘airhug 01’.

    AIRHUG 01 not switching on or connecting.

    Press and hold the power button to turn it off, then turn it on again.

    After the mobile phone and airhug are connected via Bluetooth, the speaker and mic of the mobile phone will be automatically set to ‘airhug 01’;


    If you use a computer to connect to airhug via Bluetooth, some models of computers may not automatically switch the sound input and output to ‘airhug 01’, you need to manually select ‘airhug 01’ as the external speaker and mic of the computer in the sound settings.

     

    If your device cannot connect with airhug 01 via bluetooth, please contact us.

    Intermittent sound and unstable connection.
    • Please check whether your current network is stable;
    • If you use a USB cable to connect to your computer, please check whether the USB slot on the computer is in good contact with the socket of the USB cable or try another USB cable.
    The microphone or speaker cannot be recognized.

    This is definitely the most asked question. It’s easy to solve.

     

    Please check if you set the ‘airhug 01’ as external speaker&mic. Please go to System Settings – Sound Settings Page and set the audio input device and output device to ‘airhug 01’.

    Hearing echoes from oneself or others.

    If you are hearing feedback or echoes in your meeting, that means there is a device in the meeting that is channeling your audio back.

     

    There are two main causes of audio echo or feedback when you use airhug 01 in a metting:

    1. Check whether airhug 01 is set as ‘sound input and output device’ in the sound settings of the computer or mobile phone. So that it can process both input and output audio and cancel echo;
    2. There is an echo in the workspace of other participants, please test with another participant.

     

    If you still hear the echo in the meeting after implementing the above steps, please contact us.

    The mic does not work, the other party cannot hear our voice.

    Please go to ‘System Setting’ – ‘Sound Setting’ Page and set the audio input device and output device to ‘airhug 01’.

    Speaker quality is poor.

    The speaker not loud enough.

    The maximum output power of airhug 01 is 5W, it is recommended to be used in small meetings with no more than 5 people. Please contact AIRHUG Support Team for returns.

    Mute button doesn't work on Zoom and Teams.

    After you press the mute button, if the other party can still hear you, it is likely that there is a problem with your airhug device. Please contact us for replacement.

     

    If you are wondering that when you press the mute button, the 🔇 icon does not appear on the user interface of Zoom or Teams, but other people really cannot hear your voice. The reason is simple, conference apps such as zoom do not call specific interfaces of the operating system. When you press the mute button on the control panel of airhug 01 and the red light turns on, the device connected to airhug 01 is already in mute state.

    Volume keys don't work.

    Due to the anti-false touch design of airhug 01, if you press the volume button continuously and quickly, it may not work. Please wait for 1 second every time you press the volume ‘+’ or  ‘-‘ button.

    Unable to answer and end calls on some apps.

    This is due to the fact that these apps do not support this feature.

    How to use airhug 01 to record on mobile phone?

    Please make sure the sound input and output device is airhug 01 after connecting airhug 01.

    How to connect to hearing aids via bluetooth to stream sound directly from the microphone.

    Sorry, airhug01 does not support this feature.

    Does the Airhug 01 device require a firmware update?

    No, airhug 01 does not have a network module. The hardware solution supports common protocols, so there is no need to worry about system compatibility. The factory firmware has been strictly tested, please feel free to use it.
